Visit JAFITA in Beijing

Turn a Product Conversation into a Physical Review

The JAFITA showroom gives project teams, homeowners and business partners a place to examine elevator form, interior treatment and components at human scale. Company photography documents a two-level showroom with a full-round panoramic home-lift experience area, a four-corner curved panoramic display, static cabin interiors, finish samples, an exposed component presentation and dedicated discussion spaces.

The showroom is located at the current business address of Beijing Jieteda Elevator Co., Ltd. in Shunyi District, Beijing. Visits are by confirmed appointment. Sharing your purpose in advance allows JAFITA to arrange the relevant commercial or technical colleagues and prepare suitable materials.

Four ways to use a physical review

Choose the Purpose of Your Visit

Home or panoramic elevator consultation

Compare full-round and four-corner curved glazed concepts, look at cabin interiors and discuss how transparency, privacy, entrances and finishes relate to the home. Bring floor plans, stair or atrium photographs, approximate measurements and information about intended users.

Architectural and interior review

Architects and designers can use the displays to assess proportion, sightlines, frame presence, material transitions, lighting and operating fixtures. The meeting should also identify which choices depend on shaft geometry, structure, clearances or local regulation.

Project and technical discussion

Owners, developers, contractors and consultants can review the equipment category, available building information, interfaces and document needs. The showroom supports an initial or coordination discussion; it is not a substitute for formal design, structural review or statutory approval.

OEM or distribution meeting

Elevator companies and potential market partners can review product presentation, component resources, finish options and possible cooperation structures. Share company background, market, customer group, installation and service capability, and the product range of interest before the meeting.

Before the date is fixed

What to Send with the Appointment Request

Include:

  • visitor names, company and roles;
  • preferred date and alternative date;
  • purpose of the visit;
  • project country and building type, if applicable;
  • equipment categories or displays of interest;
  • available plans, dimensions or reference images;
  • language needs;
  • accessibility or arrival assistance required;
  • expected meeting duration.

If several people hold different responsibilities, identify who will decide architecture, technical scope and commercial matters. That helps JAFITA prepare the discussion in a useful order.

Bring the current information

Preparing Project Material

Hands reviewing building drawings on a desk
Building plans and dimensional information

For complete elevators, bring the latest shaft or floor drawings where available. Mark the active revision and include units. Useful facts include load, speed, travel, floors or stops, entrance arrangement, pit, overhead, door opening and power supply. Freight projects should also describe the goods and loading method. Home projects should include user and mobility needs as well as visual preferences.

Electrical interface box with a circuit board, terminals and cables
Component identity and electrical interfaces

For components, bring the original equipment model, nameplate and part number, together with clear photographs, dimensions and electrical parameters. If the item has failed, include symptoms and recent work performed by the local technician.

For OEM or distribution discussions, bring a concise company profile, target market, current product and service capability, proposed business model and the support you expect from JAFITA.

Make the physical review count

During the Visit

Begin with the decision

Tell the team what must be decided: product direction, visual form, component route, technical feasibility, document needs or cooperation structure. A focused objective prevents the visit from becoming an unfocused tour.

Compare physical options carefully

Stand inside and outside the displays. Consider sightlines, privacy and scale. Review how materials behave under installed lighting. Ask which features are standard, optional or demonstration-only. Record exact finish or reference codes rather than relying only on phone photographs.

Separate observations from approvals

A display may help select a direction, but the final product is defined by written specifications, drawings and confirmations. If a choice depends on structural, regulatory or installation input, record who must confirm it and when.

End with an action record

A productive visit should close with selected directions, rejected options, unresolved information, owners and next steps. If a quotation or drawing will follow, agree on the input needed first.

Display and final specification

What Visitors Should Not Assume

The Beijing showroom is not presented as a manufacturing plant, test tower or independent certification laboratory. It demonstrates selected elevator forms, finishes and components. A showroom display does not establish a product’s final load, speed, model, compliance route, delivery time or price.

Display availability can change. Materials can appear different under project lighting. Components shown for explanation may not be the components offered for every configuration. Confirm the exact project basis in writing after the visit.

Before travelling

Travel and Safety Notes

Obtain the latest arrival instructions from the visit contact. Do not rely on an old brochure address: current company and ISO records identify the Shuanghe Street location above, while older company materials contain historical addresses.

Follow the host’s access and safety instructions. Do not enter equipment areas, touch moving equipment or operate displays without permission. Children or visitors requiring assistance should be identified when the appointment is arranged so that the team can confirm a suitable visit.

Keep the decisions connected

After the Visit

JAFITA may provide meeting notes, requested product information or a list of open items, depending on the purpose. Review the record promptly. If it differs from your understanding, identify the exact point and supporting material. A showroom conversation becomes useful project evidence only when important decisions are confirmed.

If the next step is a budget or formal proposal, the dedicated quotation page explains which information improves accuracy:
