JAFITA is the international-facing brand of Beijing Jieteda Elevator Co., Ltd., an elevator company established in Beijing in 2001. Our work began with freight-elevator manufacturing and developed through OEM production, specialist factory cooperation and export business. Today we coordinate elevators, escalators, moving walks and components for customers who need more than a catalogue choice: they need the equipment, technical information and delivery scope to agree with one another.
That distinction matters. A home elevator is judged in the proportions of a private interior. A hospital elevator must accommodate the movement of beds, staff and equipment. A freight elevator is shaped by what enters the car, how it is loaded and how often it travels. We start with that operating reality, then bring the relevant engineering, production and supply resources into the project.
Beijing Jieteda Elevator Co., Ltd. was established on 27 April 2001. Freight-elevator production became an important part of the company’s technical foundation, building practical experience around car structures, loading conditions, entrance arrangements, drive and control interfaces, and made-to-project production. OEM assignments added another discipline: a configuration must be understood, documented and produced consistently for the business whose name and project obligations it supports.
The company began export activity in 2008. International work extended the project conversation beyond equipment selection to include destination requirements, drawing confirmation, electrical conditions, document language, packing, shipping information and the division of local responsibilities. JAFITA’s role today is to keep those connected decisions visible from the first review through supply and continuing support.
Our range has grown beyond freight elevators. It now includes passenger, home, panoramic and hospital elevators; dumbwaiters; escalators and moving walks; cabins; and major mechanical, electrical and safety-related components. Different categories may follow different manufacturing routes. We identify that route instead of presenting every item as if it came from one undifferentiated factory.

Passenger movement is never only a capacity calculation. In a home, the elevator is close to everyday life and often fully visible within the architecture. Our source portfolio includes enclosed cars, glazed structures, full-round panoramic forms and four-corner curved designs. Hospital elevators place priority on usable car space, bed movement, entrances, controls and the workflow of a healthcare building. Dumbwaiters solve a smaller but equally specific movement task for food, tableware, documents or light goods.

For a complete elevator, this may include rated load, speed, travel, stops, entrances, shaft, pit, overhead, door opening, power supply and applicable requirements. For a replacement component, it may include the part number, nameplate, model, electrical parameters, measurements and clear images. Assumptions are separated from confirmed data.
The team identifies whether the requirement is served through JAFITA’s freight-manufacturing background, an OEM route, a specialist product partner or a coordinated component supply. The proposal should say what is included, which documents accompany it and which work remains with the local project or service team.
An elevator specification evolves as drawings, finishes and site conditions are clarified. We use confirmation points for technical data, appearance selections, documentation and shipping information so that an earlier assumption does not quietly become a production error.
Packing marks, item lists and document references help connect delivered material with the order. When a shortage, mismatch or transit concern is reported, photographs of the package, label and affected item provide a faster factual basis for review.
